sunday morning.

My friend, Marisa let me know in passing she had an idea for a Christmas card photo, and asked if I could come over one morning.  I agreed.  I'll admit I feared matching pajamy-jams when I hung up the phone.  Apparently I have a fear of matching jammies?  I should have more faith in my friends.  

Because these are exactly the kind of photos I like to take.  Thanks for letting me spend Sunday morning with you, next time I'll bring doughnuts.

A painterly debut.

Wolfie made his first ever painting at our house, so of course I had to document it.  

He has a strong sense of color, and his work is filled with bold vertical gestures.  I look forward to seeing more from him.
